红柳煤矿二号井井筒防冻设计方案研究

摘要: 结合红柳煤矿二号井的工程实例,论述了利用空气加热机组进行井筒防冻时各计算参数及选型步骤,并选用五种不同的井筒防冻方案进行分析。通过比较不同方案情况下井口房的室内温度、井口进风风速、对室内采暖系统的影响和设备购置费用等,确定了找到最佳的井筒防冻方案。

Abstract: This article discusses the calculation parameters and steps for model selections when shaft freezing taking advantage of unit air heater.And carrying on analysis by selecting five different shaft freezing schemes. Striving to find the best scheme by comparison of indoor temperature of heap-stead under different scheme conditions,inlet wind velocity,the effects and equipment purchase cost of indoor heating system and so on.
